We understand that circumstances may arise where customers need to cancel their subscriptions or request refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing such requests to ensure clarity and fairness.
2. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
2.1 General Policy

Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard.

Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.

No prorated refunds will be provided for partial months of service or unused features unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical difficulties preventing the use of our digital product or SaaS service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Unauthorized Transactions: If an unauthorized charge is detected, you must notify our support team immediately. Unauthorized transactions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Duplicate Purchases: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same product or subscription, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction upon verification.
